Learn how to make some traditional Moroccan dishes with one of our chefs
Classes are held outside in the vegetable gardens using fresh vegetables and herbs when in season from the gardens After cooking you can eat your dishes for lunch in our Cafe Gardens.
First we prepare the Marinade for the Chicken the chef will show you how we make the marinade. We will then cook chicken prepared the night before the class as it needs 24 hours to rest. Class will be app 2 hours At the end of the class you can eat your Tagine in our Cafe.
Max persons 30. Min Persons 10. 460 dh per person including the Tagine for lunch. 300 dh without Lunch.
A spicy tagine slow cooked on the fire with chickpeas tomatoes onions whole cloves garlic chilies Moroccan spices and fresh herbs from the Gardens cooked on the fire.
Chef will show you how to prepare all the ingredients and then we will cook the Tagines together on the fire

A famous Moroccan soup often served at Breakfast during Ramadan . Learn how all the fresh herbs and spices are balanced together to make the wonderful Harira which we serve at the Cafe with Dates and fresh lemon wedges and bread from our ovens
